Selena, woke up by a sound of footsteps coming from the bed she is lying on, causing her to be alerted and get up instantly. She still thought that she was still in the hands of Raffy and everything that happened was just a dream.
“Good morning Ms. Vaughn. How are you?” A woman in her mid 50's wearing a doctor's gown greeted her with a warm smile.
"By the way, I'm Doctor Johanna Daza, and I will be your attending doctor while you're staying here." Dr. Daza added.
Selena didn't respond from what the doctor's have said immediately and just remained on staring, as she is still unable to process everything that had happened.
"I know you're still shocked about the events you've gone through, but I want you to know that you are now safe." The doctor spoke again.
