Bounded by His Love

His Touch

The moment his lips touched my cheeks, I was diving in the ocean of memories together.

"Its not the time to think about such things", I reminded myself.

I wanted to slap myself first, how weak I can be in front of this man. At times, we need to remind ourselves to move on from the things which hurts you the most.

But here I'm, facing my biggest regret amd letting it ruin my life again.

"No, I can't let this happen again"

With this strong emotion, I pushed him aside, maybe he was not expecting this move from me so my move made him inches away from me.

I somehow managed to run from there and bumped into someone.

"Slow down buttercup", and I hugged him tightly, I was sure it was none other than Jay.

He hugged me back and asked me what happened, it took me 10 seconds to calm down that I hold myself up and with a smile told him, its nothing.

He just looked at me and smiled. I guess he was lost in his own world so he couldn't sense the uneasiness I had while running.

Jay hold my hand and asked me if I was hungry, but I had lost my appetite at all.

We came back to the party and he was enjoying as he was doing it earlier without any care and tension.

I made myself calm but the flashes of past few moments were haunting me. I was back the my senses atleast and now even capable of thinking clearly.

The thoughts I was having were -

"What Shivam Mehra is doing here?"

"Whe he said the game has begun, which game he was talking about?"

"Does he have any plans or any ulterior motive"

"Why the hell is he here"

"The way he touched me, why I became so weak"

And I couldn't find answer of any of these, but my mind was replaying the scene when he touched me, I was able to conclude that I do missed his touch and I get butterflies in my tummy whenever he touches me.

But I can't let him touch me like that, I'm not his property or he can't blackmail me like he did earlier or I can't fall for him again like I did earlier.

Still I was thinking of HIS TOUCH only.

I pinched myself hard so my mind can stop thinking about him but it seems like an impossible task for my mind right now.
