The next day..... -Luna's POV- Huh, where am I? Ugh, my head and neck hurt. What's this on the table? A note: "Good Morning, Miss Luna, I'm sorry I didn't wake you. Here is your breakfast. Please enjoy the food. I made the proposal for the thesis. It is on the iPad, please review it carefully." Where is she? She didn't even bother to tell me where she was going. That is nice. I wonder if she does the cooking and cleaning around here. I have not seen a single housemaid. Hmmm, this tastes good too, geez are these eggs benedict with smoked salmon on ciabatta bread, my kind of breakfast. This is really good. Who would have thought that the videos she uploads are actually legitimate? She cooks really well and she does things efficiently. Well, that is efficient for school work. Now, let us see what she was able to do, hmmmmmm...... (read the proposal). Not only is she a good cook, she does takes her academics seriously. This proposal is great. Maybe I should just let her do the work while I enjoy this place. No, no, no, Luna, this is not you, I have to help her, be a good partner. Hhmm, what is in here? Another note? O, dessert, fresh fruit. I'll just eat this later, but I will have this coffee. It smells nice. This view is amazing, very relaxing and that is perfect. Who is that swimming on the beach this early? -END POV- At the beach, Stella is having her morning swim as part of her daily exercise. She loves the waves and the sea. Stella went out of the water to freshen up and get her breakfast. She was walking towards the house when she suddenly notices that Luna is standing by the window. "She's up, I hope she's got a good night's sleep and hoping she enjoys her breakfast. I know she loves eggs benedict with smoked salmon." --Stella talking to herself. Seeing Stella walk closer to the house, Luna is left speechless. She is just staring at Stella, gazing at her body, how those swimwear suits her body figure. She stared at her for a few moments when Stella shouted at her. "Hey, Good Morning!!" --Stella shouted. Astonished by Stella's voice, she spilled a bit of her coffee over the balcony. "....Good Morning!" --Luna replied with a smirk. After taking a shower and having breakfast, Stella went to the library to clean up the breakfast tray and to check on Luna. As she enters the room, she finds Luna working on their proposal. I see you're already working on our proposal? -- Stella asked. Yes, I've read your proposal and it was great, so I'm just editing a few words and then I'll let you review it and with your approval we can send it today. Is that okay with you? --Luna replied. Yeah sure, it seems like you are in a hurry, but it is fine with me. You're very smart and clever. --Stella replied. I just have to go home early, so I can have enough time to rest before presenting our proposal on Monday. --Luna explained. Maybe this is the time for me to get closer to her. She's really cute, but I'm afraid that I am attracted to her. There has got to be a way to get closer to her. --Stella whispered. I'm sorry you were saying something? --Luna asked. Oh no it's nothing, it's just that your friends, as if we could do a collaboration, I have been thinking and it is probably a good idea. --Stella replied. So they continued to work on their thesis until Stella heard a rumbling sound followed by thunder. I'm sorry, I lost track of time. I'm going to the kitchen to get us some lunch. --Stella politely said. Can I come with you? I think I need a break as well. --Luna requested. Okay, so what do you want for lunch? --Stella asked. Aaah!!! Ouch!! --Luna yelled. Hey, are you okay? You almost hit your head on the table. --Stella in a worried voice. Just pins and needles on my leg but I am okay. --Luna answered. Hmmm, come here. Hop on my back, I'll carry you down the kitchen and, just so you know, your arm is bleeding. We have to fix that. --Stella demanded. No, it is okay. I can walk. Oh no! --Luna. Stop being stubborn, come on let's go. --Stella. Stella carried Luna down to the kitchen forcefully. And when they went into the kitchen, she immediately grabbed the first aid kit to clean Luna's wound. As Stella was cleaning her wound, she couldn't help but smile. What are you smiling about? --Luna asked. Nothing really, it's just that I had a feeling that you were nervous since you arrived here. --Stella replied. Well, I will not be this nervous if you're not such a snob. And most importantly, if you can answer my question and remember the days we were at a boarding school. --Luna. Is that so? Wait, what?! You remember? --Astonished Stella asked. I do remember, it's just that you have changed a lot since then. A lot of people want to go near you but you've been avoiding them. Back then, you were so approachable and I remember that it was my first day at school. You helped me find my classroom and we were together in one of my classes. If it is okay to ask, what made you change? --Luna explained and asked with curiosity. Hmmm, I will dodge your question for now, but how about we start over and get to know each other. And then, when I'm ready to open up to you, I'll tell you, but don't mention this to anyone. I want this to be between you and me. I am not that comfortable opening the curtains of my past to anyone. --Stella replied. Are you offering a deal? An agreement? I'd say yes to that. --Luna gladly replied. OK, then let us have a break from our school work and have a little fun. I will show you the rest of the place. --Stella replied with a smile. Stella took Luna to the village market and bought some food and snacks. As they were walking along the market streets, Luna noticed that Stella was smiling again and enjoying every moment walking around. Her smile fills her heart with so much warmth and she feels more comfortable. "This feels like the old Stella, she is so sweet and gentle. I hope someday, she will open up those curtains. I want to tell her that I liked her and I want to be with her, always...."-Luna's thoughts.
