The Webbers, a family of three, were not planning to visit Pine Ridge. However, their young daughter, Monica, who was just five years old, had developed a high fever when they left Charlotte Town hours ago. As her fever persisted, they were forced to stop in the small town to address her illness in the small town which had only one hospital which was the nearest one during their road trip heading back to the big city which was miles away from Pine Ridge.
