Leanne’s visit to White Group

Leanne wear white blouse and a blue suit. The attire was very simple, yet she still carries an elegant aura. She approached the reception after entering the White Group building. Cindy is behind her. Cindy is aware of Leanne true identity thus she treated her with high respect despite having the title of her secretary “ Where from Happy Hotel, we have an appointment with Ms Anna White? “

The receptionist went through some formalities and give them an access card and said with a smile “ 15th floor Meeting room number 1. you can find it on the right side of the elevator “

“Thanks” She smiled at the receptionist and pass the other access card to Cindy.

“Leanne , do you want to do the presentation? “ Cindy ask her while they are waiting for the elevator. “ You know this better than me Cindy” she replied , then she whisper “ I was just here to support you, Janus knows that Anna is my friend, so he send me with you “ then she give Cindy a wink. Cindy give a soft laugh because of Leanne’s naughty expression.

Leanne really like Cindy for his cousin but she does not want to meddle on the relationship status of the two. She might ended ruining it. The two are good friends in school in Australia. When she ask Janus to comeback to A City to run the Happy Hotel. He have ask Cindy to come with him and assist him on running it. Cindy being an orphan already decided to follow Janus in A City. At first she taught the two are lovers but Janus told her they’re just good friend and Cindy also acknowledge it. So she keep her piece for herself.

 Anthony’s office

“ Is meeting room 1 reserve for my Meeting with Symon Campbell? “ Anthony ask his secretary

“It’s Meeting Room 3 Sir, Mr Campbell also informed earlier to move it 30 minutes later as he said he have something urgent and might come late. “

“Why dd you agree to it? My time is precious” Anthony angrily retorted.

“ He have ask if you have an appointment after the set meeting of yours and I accidentally blurted out no. I’m sorry “ His secretary bowed her head for apology.

“Ok, never mind “ he raise his hand to dismiss her secretary, but before it can go out his office he said “Oh anyway, book meeting one instead of 3, I find meeting room 3 too small “

His secretary turn back to him and said “ But Sir, meeting room 1 is booked by Ms Anna for a meeting with Happy Hotel “

He raised his eyebrow and ask “ Who is Happy Hotel representative? “ 

“I am not sure Sir, Let me check it for you, I think they arrive already”

“ Never mind, no need ” He then dismiss his secretary.

Anthony close his laptop and carried it to 15th floor where meeting rooms are located. He is planning to join Anna’s meeting if Leanne will be there. “ He drop by his secretary’s desk and said “ Ill be joining Anna on Meeting Room 1. Once Campbell arrive, fetch me in the meeting room 1” Her secretary just nod her head in agreement

When he reach 15th floor , He directly went inside the Meeting room 1 pretending he have a meeting there. He immediately sit on the end the table facing the presentation screen. “ Let’s start “

Leanne was confused for a while why Anthony is there when the meeting is set with Anna. Then Leanne face Anthony. “Sorry Mr. White but can we ask for your secretary assistance to connect on the projector? “

Then the door opened and Anna and her secretary came in. “ Hi Leanne, sorry was a little late, I had to attend to some phone call” and then she noticed Anthony sitting on the end of the table “ Anthony, this is my meeting. Yours is on another meeting room”

Anthony leaned back on his chair and raise her eyebrow “Ows, I want to join the meeting , do you have a say on it ?

“Fine, its your call “ Anna grab a chair near Leanne and signal her secretary to assist for the presentation.

Cindy started the presentation for the Anniversary Ball while Leanne was on the laptop maneuvering the presentation slides.

Anthony’s attention was not on the presentation but on the young lady who’s eyes are on the laptop or on the screen. In the middle of the presentation, Anna pointed things need to adjust to the Happy hotel proposal but Anthony’s eyes never leave Leanne

After the presentation, Anna turned her head to Anthony and ask “ Anthony, do you want to add anything? “

This is the first time he removed his eyes from Leanne “ Nothing , Please go on” and look at Leanne again

Anna furrowed his forehead “ We are done here, don’t you have other things to do? “

Before Anthony can respond , someone knock at the door, Its his secretary “Sir , Mr Campbell arrived already , should I send him to meeting room 3 or here?”

“Meeting room 3” Then he stands up and followed his secretary. Before he went out , he turned to Anna and said “ wrap up your meeting and signed the contract with Happy Hotel after the adjustment you requested “ Then he left

Anna was stunned on Anthony’s words, I thought she needs to listen to the Holiday Hotel proposal before she decides. Then she look at Leanne. “ Best, I think you need to send us the contract after you’ve done with the adjustment “

“ Ms. Anna , should we cancel the meeting with Holiday Hotel ? “ Her secretary ask.

“ Let them come “ Leanne look at Anna with a puppy eyes after hearing it. “ Don’t give that look my friend, I know what I am doing “

“Ah ha “ Leanne smile

“Let me listen to them , just to make them feel that they are given a chance” Anna smilingly whispered to Leanne

Leanne returned the smile and said “ Thank you Best, you are still the best . So we are leaving now? “ Leanne started packing her laptop.

“Thank you so much Ms White for your time “ It was Cindy who extended her hand to Anna for a shake hands. “ We will make all the revision as discussed and we will send the contract first thing tomorrow”

“ Thank you too Cindy . I’ll expect a good collaboration with your team “ Anna replied

Leanne give Anna a hug then Anna whisper on her ears “ Let’s have dinner later. I’ll text you “

Leanne just said okay and follow Cindy.
