“I want a few minutes.” Jay lifted his head at the sound of Dean’s voice, his sister on Dean’s heels, Dean an immovable obstacle in the doorway. The two wrestled with the door a moment before she looked over. Before he thought to respond, she let go of the door and backed up. “I’ll be waiting.
