Chapter 26

"Madison Abigail Collins, will you marry me?"

I just being quiet and looking at him. Finn is still kneel down on his knees and shows me that ring. I though that he just want me to be his girlfriend but I was wrong. It's more than that.

"You want to propose me when we're not even dating?" I frown at him.

"I've been dating you for my entire life..."

"Finn, I-I..."

"I know this is stupid. I know that. Even when I'm thinking about that, this is really stupid. But I really love you. I do." Finn sighs and sit down on the ground.

I take that ring box and close it then give it back to him. "I believe that we're gonna get married someday but not now. I'm just not ready for that."

"So it's a no?" Finn frowns at me.

"It's a yes but not now. I love you too but I'm not ready to get married. Just please dont mad at me." I half-smiled at him.

"It's okay. I know it's stupid. I just dont want to lose you again." Finn says to me.

I smile at him and move my seat closer to him. I cover our shoulders with the blanket he gave me.

"I'm here now and you wont lose me again." I smile at him.

Finn just built a little smile at me. He pull his face closer to me and then kisses me softly. I kiss him back and cup his cheek until we pull our lips away.

"Why dont you propose me to be your girlfriend?" I said to Finn.

"You said that you're not ready to have actual relationship." Finn frowns at me.

"I said that I'm not ready to get married not have actual relationship." I smile at him. "I dont wanna lose you anymore, Finn. I want to make you as officially mine. So I can slap any other girl's face who tries to steal you away from me."

"Okay.. but for girlfriend proposal, I have another thing." Finn says to me.

"What's that?" I raise my eyebrows.

"Stay here. Dont go away." Finn says to me then stand up from his seat and walk to his house.

I'm still sitting down then open my book and read it with the bonfire as my light. It's seems little romantic and warm.

Deep down, I also want to marry Finn but I'm not ready to get married. We both just 18th and we're still young. We still have our own future and not getting married.

Finn walks back to the backyard and bring a brown box. He sit down in front of me and open that brown box with stuff inside.

"What's that?" I raise my eyebrows.

"Stuff that remind me with you. I save it since we were little." Finn says.

I look at that box and there are many things inside there. Some papers even the draw that Finn made when we were little until I take my necklace.

"This is mine." I chuckle and take my necklace.

"But I planned to propose you with that necklace." Finn takes that necklace from my hand. He close that box then move it to next to him. He sit down in front of me and move his place closer to me. "So, Madison Abigail Collins, will you be my girlfriend?" Finn smirks at me.

"Of course I would." I smile at him.

Finn smiles back at me and wear this necklace around my neck. "I though it could be more romantic."

"It's already romantic, Finn." I said to him. "Nobody asks me to have a date with camping like this."

"Because I remember when the first time we have camping together when we were little and you red a fairytale story for me when I lean my head on your lap. That was our first date." Finn chuckles.

"We can do that again if you want." I chuckle.

"Seriously?" Finn asks me.

"Yeah." I nodded and stand up from my seat. "But it's freezing here. We better get into the tend." I said to Finn.

"Oh my gosh! You guys having a camp without me?" Kurt frowns as he standing from the backdoor.

"Dude, I never disturb your date with Blaine so...dont disturb mine." Finn says to Kurt.

"Okay. I got it." Kurt rolls his eyes and walk to us.

"Wait, I said dont disturb." Finn stops him.

"Dad wants his sparkling cider back." Kurt rolls his eyes and take that bottle away and go back to their house.

"I though it was champagne." I giggle.

"No. It wasnt." Finn shake his head. "I bet you never get drunk before."

"No. Never." I shake my head and get into the tend with holding my book.

This tend is quiet big for two persons because this tend supposed to be four person I guess and Finn made it more warm with sea of pillow inside this tend. Finn walks into the tend and bring the blanket and flashlight for us.

"You really never get drunk before?" Finn frowns at me.

"Never. I even never drink a beer before." I chuckle.

"That's my girl." Finn smiles at me and lean his head on my lap.

"That sound racist when you said that." I chuckle.

"Really?" Finn frowns at me.

"I guess so. Finn, I've been thinking that if you get into Ohio State, I'll follow you to Ohio State." I said to Finn.

"But you said that you want to go to Pace." Finn frowns at me and sit up.

"Then we'll live in two different place? I dont want that happen." I frown at him.

"You can go there then every two week you can come home and surprise me like 'I'm home'. That's it." Finn holds my hand. "Hey, I dont wanna be your big wall. I will let you to get your dream because like what you said, love and dream is two different thing. And you're my dream so I'll try my best to follow you to New York." Finn smiles at me.

"We can get through this together. We will fight together to get our dream. Two is better than one and we can do that together because you're also my dream." I smile back at Finn.

"You're really smart." Finn chuckles.

"I know I am." I giggle. "I'm sleepy. Can we just cuddle and sleep together?"

"Sure thing." Finn nodded at me.

I lay my body and lean my head on a pillow. Finn lay his body next to me and cover our body with that blanket. I move my body and make aslant backing him until Finn hug me from behind and be a big spoon with his warm hug.

I'm standing in front of my locker and check my list for everything I did. I just cant believe that I'm officially Finn Hudson's girlfriend and he is the quarterback of football team and the leader of glee club. It's really cool.

But I dont think about those popularity because I love him for the way he is and he loved me for the way I am so we have no big deal at all.

I shut my locker and take my ransel then turn my way to the girls toilet. I walk to girls toilet and take my pouch from my bag and put a lip balm on my lips.

"Hey, I went to class then eat those candy and I like the taste." Quinn went out from the closet and wash her hands.

"I was thinking that maybe for valentine week, I'll change the taste with chocolate candy. What do you think?" I ask Quinn.

"Sounds cool. Yeah even though valentines not always be with pink or chocolate. But I like that." Quinn says to me.

I just nodded and cover my mouth and wall faster to an empty closet and vomit there. I dont feel okay. Maybe I'm gonna be sick.

I flush the closet and then walk back to the wastavel to wash my hand and my mouth. "You okay?" Quinn frowns at me.

"I guess I'll be sick." I said to her and out my stuff back to my bag.

"You done that thing with Finn?" Quinn asks me.

"No. We didnt. It's just last night, Finn and I had a date with held a camp and we slept inside that tend until morning comes and it was really cold." I said.

"Okay first of all, you guys were wrong to have a date by doing a camp." Quinn chuckles.

"It was happening in his backyard. I was reading my book and he told me to come to his backyard and he prepare everything include a ring." I sigh.

"A ring? Promise ring?" Quinn raises her eyebrows.

"Finn was proposing me." I simply said.

"Finn was proposing you?" Quinn gasped.

Suddenly there is a sound of book fall down. I turn my face until I see Rachel walks into the toilet and take her book from the ground.

"Hey Rachel, you okay?" Quinn smiles at her.

"Y-yeah I'm fine." Rachel simply said and walk into a closet.

"So Finn proposing you? What's your answer?" Quinn turn her face at me.

"I said yes but not now. And since we arent officially dating so I told him to propose me as her girlfriend and he did that so I said yes." I chuckle.

"Finn proposed you when you both were not even dating? That's crazy." Quinn says as we walk out together from the girls toilet.

"Yeah I thought so at first but I think it was cute. But I told him to keep that ring for another real time he want to propose me." I said.

"That's such an awkward story I've heard since this morning. Hey what do you have now?" Quinn asks me.

"Umm have meeting with McKinley School Council Treasure Club actually so see you." I wave her a goodbye and turn my way.

I walk in the hallways and walk to the plsce where McKinley School Council Treasure Club have meeting.

My body is kinda weird. I feel like I'm going to be sick. Since this morning, I feel like I'm getting flu. But that's okay. I just have to be strong.

"Sorry, I'm late, guys." I walk in and sit down on the middle.

"We already decided that we will have The Secret Society Superhero Club to against the bullying and every month we will dress like a superhero to against those violence." Blaine says to me and give me the proposal.

"Thank you so much, guys." I half-smiled at them then sneezing.

"You okay? You look bit pale." Tina frowns at me.

"It's just getting flu because of last night." I said to them.

"Kurt told me that you and Finn had a date last night in the backyard and having a camp." Blaine grins at me.

"Yeah and he proposed me." I roll my eyes.

"What?!" The others gasped.

"Propose me to be his girlfriend." I giggle.

"Ugh I though it was true." Tina rolls her eyes.

"And what's your answer?" Sugar asks me.

"A yes, of course." I grin at them. "Alright, next project is college fair. If you guys get any problem call me." I said to them and walk off from this classroom.

I walk in the hallways and turn my way to my locker. I open my locker and put this proposal inside my locker.

"Hey, baby." Finn walks to my locker.

"Hatttchiiiiiii." I'm sneezing right he came. "I'm really sorry. I'm sorry." I said to him and rub my nose.

"You okay?" Finn asks me.

"Yes, I'm." I simply said and turn my face to my locker.

Finn cups my cheeks and make my face turn at him. "You look pale. Damn! It must be because of last night. I'm really sorry." Finn grabs my body and hug me

"It's okay. I'm just getting flu, maybe." I said to him.

"Your body little bit burning up." Finn pull my body away slowly. "We better go home now. Or shall I call your dad?" Finn asks me.

"No. Just dont. I'm fine." I shake my head. "Listen, I'm still can walk. We still have glee club left and I'll be fine." I rub his cheek.

"You serious?" Finn frowns at me.

"Yes, Finn. I'm fine." I nodded and smile at him.

"Okay so after glee club we can go home and watch movie in my room and cuddle and grabs some popcorns or snuggle in front of the fire. What do you think?" Finn smirks at me.

"No. We will study tonight so both of us can go to Pace University." I smirk back at Finn and shut my locker.

We then start walking together. Finn put his hand around my shoulder. "I just have one day real relationship with you and it's already boring."

"Seriously?" I frown at him.

"Haha just kidding. Only stupid guy who could say that. I'm happy because you are officially mine and it's kinda weird actually when two neighbor are also girlfriend and boyfriend." Finn says to me.

"Yeah but that's the challenge." I giggle.

"Right." Finn nodded as agree.

I just chuckle and put my hand around his waist as we keep walking together until we got to the choir room and the others already there.

"Alright guys, so does anyone hear want to try out for the number of proposal thing?" Mr. Schue walks in.

"Mr. Schue actuslly I kinda have an idea." Sam raises his hand.

"Okay what is that, Sam?" Mr. Schue turn his face at Sam.

"So as you guys know that I also join the swimmer club and they agree to help Mr. Schue for the proposal thing. We can do the proposal with performance in swimming pool and if Mr. Schue agree with this, we can start rehearsal from today." Sam says to us.

"Sounds cool, dude." Finn hi-five with Sam.

Mr. Schue just being quiet then nodded. "Alright lets do this!" Mr. Schue grins at us. The others start cheering and whooping happily. "Okay-okay time for rehearsal, you guys."

"Yeah yeah swim swim." I grin happily.

"If we have a house one day, I will buy a house with swimming pool inside." Finn says to me.

"You scared me." I frown at Finn and stand up from my seat.

"Wait, what?" Finn catches my hand.

"We just dated about one day and you said that. I was freak out when Sam said those thing to me. Remember?"

"But you said yes to my proposal." Finn says to me.

"But with extra explanation. Not now." I said to him. "Finn, I love you. I really love you. I spend my whole life with you and I'm happy with that. I want to marry you some day. For now we still have our future, to get into college and then get a job. That's it." I hold his hand and half-smiled at him.

"You're the best thing in my life." Finn smiles at me and hold my hand until we make our finger interlock and start walking to swimming pool with the others.

"I got the answer it's 6,0." Finn says to me.

"No it's....hatchiiiiii... 8,11." I said to him.

"See? You need to see the doctor." Finn rubs my hair.

"I said I'm fine. And you better stay little bit further away from me or you'll get sick." I said to Finn.

"I cant stop blame myself if you really sick. It's because I took you to had a date with me when the weather was cold." Finn says.

"It's okay, honey. Maybe I'm just tired like you know West Side Story then senior class president then sectionals and now Mr. Schue's proposal plan." I smile a bit at him.

"We can take a rest and snuggle if you want." Finn smile back at me.

"But your parents?" I frown at him.

"They're out of the town and Kurt went out with Blaine and there is only two of us here so we can cuddle or snuggle or do whatever you want to do." Finn smirks at me and move the table in front of us.

I move my seat and sit down in front of him as we sat down on the carpet floor in front of the fireplace and we snuggle.

"Before you get infected from my flu, I will apologize to you first." I said to Finn.

"It's okay, baby." Finn kisses my head.

"This cold makes me hungry but I still want to snuggle with you." I chuckle.

Finn move my body closer to him and he really hug me tight. I turn my face at him and we look at each other. Finn push his face closer to me then kisses me softly. I hold the back of his head and kiss him back.

No one of us want to pull our lips each other. We still kissing at each other until we have a make out and Finn layin on his stomach on top of me and still kissing me until he start to reaching out my neck but he suddenly stop.

"What?" I frown at him.

"You didnt laugh?" Finn raises his eyebrows.

"Nope. Did you hear someone laugh?" I frown.

"No. Just my imagination." Finn smirks at me and continue to kissing me.

We continue to kiss each other until he turn to kiss my neck and it feel ticklish. I bite my buttom lip to hold it but then I cant hold it then I start laugh out loud.

"Again?" Finn sighs and lay his body next to me.

"I'm sorry okay, I'm really sorry. Dont mad at me." I cup his cheek.

"You're really different. The only one who will laugh out loud when we were having make out. It just I cant get that from another girl." Finn chuckles.

"Because this is first time I got that. Now, I know why Aaron said our relationship was boring. First, we almost never have make out. Second, he was trying to have Pot O' Gold with me but I refused that. Last, I was kinda insecure with PDA." I sigh.

"But you never mind everytime I kiss you in public." Finn frowns at me.

"Just like what I said that you're my first of everything okay. And you'll be my last." I smile at Finn.

Finn smile back at me and give me a quick kiss on my lips. "Alright times up. Lets study again so I can follow my one true love to Pace University." Finn sit up and move the table back to in front of us.

"I'm hungry. You wanna eat something?" I stand up from my seat and walk to his kitchen.

"No, but I have some chips in the fridge or you can cook something if you want." Finn says.

I open his fridge and take two mini boxes of juices and an apple. Then I open the cupboard and I see a big lunch box with tots inside.

"Look what I found." I grin at him and show him that tots.

"That's mine actually." Finn simply said.

"Liar. You didnt like this food as much as I do." I simply said and sit down next to him.

"Okay yes, I told my mom that you really loves tots so she loves to made that for you and I forgot to give you that this morning." Finn smiles at me.

"Thank you so much, my big finny bear." I smile back at him.

"You're welcome, my little mckenzie." Finn kisses me softly.

"I'm not McKenzie but you are." I roll my eyes. "Huh okay back to study and eat this tots as my snacks." I grin at Finn and turn my face to these books.

Finn turn his face at his book and start reading it and sometimes he drink the juice I brough for him. This the most romantic date night in my version. We both study together to build our future together.

I guess that my flu is getting worse. I cant stop sneezing and feeling cold but I have to be profesional. Today the plan have to work perfectly because today Mr. Schue is going to propose Ms. Pillsburry.

"You okay? You look like someone that gonna hurl." Santana frowns at me.

"Yeah just got flu." I nodded and went out from girls locker room then sneezing.

"You better not going to do this." Finn says to me and cover up my body with bathrobe.

"I'm fine. I'll be fine. My dad already gave me vitamin this morning and he also let me to have breakfast with herbal tea." I said to Finn.

"Okay." Finn simply said and put his hand around my shoulder.

I turn my face looking at the pool and the others are swimming and playing with the water happily. I just chuckle looking at them. I leave this bathrob from my shoulder and take Finn's hand and walk lead him to the pool and jump to the pool.

"Water war!" I chuckle and splash the water to Finn.

"No way!" Finn chuckles and splash the water back to me.

We laugh at each other and splashing the water to each other until Finn hug me from behind and put his hands around my neck and kisses my cheek.

"Guys they're coming!" Sam says to us and play the tape.

We then start our choreography until I see Ms. Pillsburry and Mr. Schue walks in. Ms. Pillsburry hold a bouquet of white roses then sit down on a bench.

At the end of the song Mr. Schue jumps to the pool and swimming to where Ms. Pillsburry sit down. We ended up the song and swim to closer to them.

"Emma you are the one. You always have been. The truth is, I feel like I've had to stop myself from doing this from the second I first saw you. The first time I held this hand, it felt like I'd held it a million times before. Like somehow, it's always been here. Life is messy. It just is. And I-I know that's hard for you, but that's why you have me-- to balance things out. But you have to realize, you do that for me, too. Every day.

Loving you and being loved by you makes everything better. I love you with everything I am and everything I ever hope to be." Mr. Schue says to Ms. Pillsburry. I just smiling looking at them until Mr. Schue kneel down on his knees. "So Oh Emma Pillsbury, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?"

"I love you so much." Ms. Pillsburry says to Mr. Schue.

"Is that a yes?" Mr. Schue asks excitedly.

"Yes. Yes. Yes." Ms. Pillsburry nodded.

We cheering, whooping, and clapping happily. They both share a kiss and Mr. Schue put the ring on Ms. Pillsburry's hand. I might be not ready to get married but I'm happy to see this.

The others start getting out from the pool. I hold Finn's hand and get out from the pool but my body is shivering. This is really cold.

"Babe, you okay?" Finn frowns at me.

"It's really cold." I said to Finn and hold my sleeves.

Finn take the bathrob quickly and place it on my shoulder. He takes the bathtowel and clean my face and my hand from the water meanwhile I cant stop sneezing and shivering because this cold.

"Madison, are you-are you okay?" Mr. Schue turn his face at me.

"Her body is burning up. She got cold and flu since two days ago. I already told her to not join this number but she said that she was fine." Finn says to Mr. Schue.

"You better bring her home, Finn and see the doctor. Flu can be the worst sometimes." Mr. Schue says to Finn.

"Yeah. Thank you, Mr. Schue." Finn nodded and put his hand around my shoulder and bring me to girls locker.

I walk to girls locker and change my outfit with my previous outfit. After that I went out and Finn also ready with his outfit. He give me his hoodie and we both went out from this pool. I feel like really cold right now.

"We will go home and I'll be 24 hours next to you." Finn says to me and put his hand around my shoulder.

I just nodded and put my hand inside his hoodie pocket because it's really cold. Since we were little everytime I got sick Finn will become my personal nurse who will run to get everything I need just like the flash. And now my personal nurse is back.
