Isabel's POV
"Whoever is up there, for once , rescue me out of this bond age. How will i tell Amira am a full blown witch and she will not run." Isabel said, laughing bitterly.
I ran my hands through my hair, something I usually do when frustrated. I looked around my room and laughed , tone dripping with sacarsm. I stood up from the side of my bed and walked to Jordan's section of the room, rubbing the covers of the bed. Jordan has been AWOL for the past two days with no calls or text of his whereabouts. The thought of going to his office was a no no area but unlike before where i will be worried or paranoid it was an opportunity to be at peace.
I walked to the corner of my room and touched the cream colour painted wall and immediately, it creaked and began to turns. It was like a closet in the wall where all my crafts were hanged. I picked up a short stick that looked like a wand and a small blue bowl which had white stripes on it. I tapped the wall two times with my index finger and it turned, closing. I went to my closet and picked out my favour black cloak and walked out of the room.
I tiptoed to Amira' room to ensure she was sleeping. I wouldn't want her wondering where i had disappeared to at the middle of the night because that was something i can never be ready to tell. I began slowly opening the door causing it to creak. peeking into the room and saw her silhouette in the dark, curled up on her bed, hugging her pillow. I walked into the room still tiptoeing slowly to Amira' side, bending down a little to kiss my pretty little darling on her fore head.
Amira moved, causing my breath to hitch because i didn't want Amira seeing me like this, all cloaked.
I quickly walked out of the room, closing the door quietly and breathed out in relief . I threw the hood of the cloak over my head, so that you could barely make out my face. I walked briskly out of the house, clutching my wand and blue pot with white stripes under my cloak.
The hem of the cloak swept the ground, as she continued walking hastily into the darkness.
some people might ask, if Isabel is a witch, why then can't she eliminate Jordan out of the way. You see, it's not that easy. I was the kind of witch that can see the future accurately and can protect, killing was never my specialty. The incidence of Jordan beating me to pulp was to avoid any form of suspicion. It's against the witchcraft code of conduct. i know, it sucks.
Nobody and no one is supposed to know about it, so therefore it limits how you use it. Isabel stood by a nearby bush. Looking around, she brought out her wand from underneath her cloak, waving it in the air , making a swish sound. Immediately, fog began to appear, surrounding her and making it impossible to see for the mere eyes and just like that poof! she disappeared with the fog, leaving no trace behind.
I watched as the fog swallow me into an unending darkness, moving like a wrecking ball, but invisible. waving her wand in the air, a ball of light shot out of her wand, moving ahead of me, so i could see without stumbling on any sacred object. It is a fog , but a coven where I practice witchcraft.
I opened a door covered with leaves, leading me to my coven. I brought down the hood of my cloak and set the blue pot covered with white stripes down. The coven which was lightly dim , consisted of a stash of leaves at one corner, herbs, potion and elixir contained in bottles and arranged on the floor. At the center of the room was a large pot, which contained a black substance that was constantly boiling.
I walked to the corner of my workshop(coven) where the stash of leaves and herbs where placed, and collected a number of them, placing it into the blue bowl i brought from the house. I picked up a bottle of Elixir containing a green substance, and poured it into the bowl with the herbs. I walked to the center of the coven with my two hands gripping the pot tightly.
I picked up a spoon and began crushing the leaves and herbs with the green elixir until it turned blue. I picked up a curved spoon from inside the constant boiling pot at the center of the room, and scooped a reasonable amount of the black substance into the small blue bowl containing the mixture.
Immediately there was an ear deafening scream as I kept turning the concoction which turned the blue mixture to complete black, chanting. elicar-scabapa-loosh.
I dropped the spoon back into the constant boiling pot that was situated at the center of the coven containing the black substance and immediately the small bowl in my hand containing the already prepared black concoction began to turn into a transparent liquid until every single part was clear liquid. Things began to appear in the concoction.
A picture of a little girl of which when i went closer i saw was my little Angel. The image passed, showing a weeping image of a grown girl, but her face wasn't seen. Bruises were all over her body and cuts and marks were visible. she lay on the floor weeping and gnashing her teeth in pain but instead of being helped, she was dragged on the floor by a monster.
Tears began to prickle my eyes , making it to sting but i didn't care. I watched as the girl whose face was not shown, ran away from home and kept wandering in an unknown land, filled with mystical objects. She went through hell in that land , but was better off far away from home. She became accustomed with the mystical creatures and objects, but then a strange wind began to blow, making her to stumble and swish! the image disappeared.
"Ughhhhh!" I screamed smashing the blue pot with white stripes on the floor, making it to shatter into tiny pieces and making the clear liquid content to Spill. I was not satisfied with the information passed across. I picked up my wand from the table beside the stash of herbs, put back on the hood of my cloak and stormed out of the coven angry and frustrated.
