Her scream woke me up from sleep. It was very loud and piercing. I jolted upright before I could even register what was happening.
Camilla was lying beside me thrashing. Her eyes were wide open but it was clear that she was not seeing me. Her face had gone pale and her body trembled violently. She was gasping, her lips moving rapidly.
