Chapter Eleven HIS BROTHER HAD dropped out of sight for the past couple of days, for which Sandie was glad. However, Destiny seemed to have disappeared, as well. He had searched for her every time he fell asleep, trying to call her to him, but she never appeared. He should have known he couldn’t control his own dreams, just those of others. It was no different tonight as he sprawled out on his king-size bed, sinking his head into the thick pillows as he pulled the bedspread up to his underarms.
