Elizabeth's POV
Finally, it was the week of exams. I couldn't wait to end the semester, so I could take a little break from school stress, and from everyone, including Sebastian.
I didn't like the thought of not seeing him for a few weeks, but I needed the break. Plus, May was determined to fight for her home, so I needed a break from her, too.
I got to hear that Ethan was on the brink of dropping out of school because of his bad grades. He only had to do well in these exams if he wanted to remain in school.
It all made sense now. He had approached me for reconciliation because of the upcoming examination, so I could help boost his grades. For a second I thought he was really being sincere.
The examination week passed by so quickly, and we were finally going for a break.
