I headed towards the bar in Chinatown. I tried to keep my thoughts from spiraling out of control but it was inevitable. I cried most of the way there, feeling like I lost a part of me that I had just found. I felt like Nikolai belonged to me, but not the man who I saw today. The Nikolai I fell in love with was caring and not obsessive like he proved to be today. I drove through Chinatown slowly, making sure not to miss my turn.
