10 Ben pulled up to the back of the building, surprised to find two guys at the loading dock, moving two of the enormous vats for proofing bagels into a waiting truck. Everything was shrink-wrapped, like a boat going into dry-dock. That was the right thing when the time came for the new equipment for cereal production to go in place, but why were they starting this now? He hadn't even told them when the new equipment was going to be installed. He ran up the steps to the loading area and waited for the guys to head out of the truck. "Hey, Mr. Stratton. Good morning to 'ya," said Murray. "G'morning, Murray. What are you guys up to?" Ben said, hands in his pockets.
