The Hard Way

The doctor was once again surprised to see her back, he had branded Laura a family and felt very sad upon realizing what had happened the family that he loved the most for they had offered themselves fully in helping him and doctor Ran to at a particular point.

The doctor quickly examined Jessica and unfortunately, he went ahead and found that she had been further bruised. The doctor tried further to conduct some first aid to see whether she would at least gain back her consciousness but it never worked, he then needed someone who understood a little bit of medicine in the family so that he would explain his next procedure to explain it to her what the possible complications that would likely to occur from the condition, so he went ahead and called Laura privately to make her know the whole information, little did he know that Laura had totally left the doctor’s aspect behind her and had come just as a mere parent,she would not even know anything about medicine or being healthy and she even appeared the weakest among them all especially for this type of information,so the doctor quickly changed his mind and called Dave privately for the information.

“Am very sorry my dear friend for what am just about to say.”

“It’s okay doctor, whatever that it is,it never your fault, please feel free.” Dave had sensed danger but decided to be cool.

“Okay,the truth of the matter is that this time round,this might be somehow different, Jessica’s attack seem to be an acute one,to confirm this,we have to conduct a brain scan and hopefully we will find the root of the problem for further interventions.”

“Its okay doctor,I understand,go ahead!”Dave had to agree with him even though he did feel the pain of a parent seeing her child suffering even more with no reason behind it.

Even though it was tough to do saw, Dave saw the need to tell the rest of the members on the same, they really needed to know about it so as to also put her in prayer and send her good thoughts and words of encouragement when the right time to do so reached.

This are the most important thing that they always felt she needed,this was going to give her the wheelpower and courage enough to know that she was not fighting the battle alone but there was a huge love and support behind her, that was what mattered the most and was the true medication.

Jessica was done the brain CT scan and luckily,the good news was that there was nothing found in the scan that would lead to any complication,this was a relieving moment among all of them and they found it very wise to thank the doctor for his endless efforts.

However,now that she seemed to be perfectly okay according to the CT scan, what now could be the problem?

They all thought.

A numerous number of questions were showed again to the doctor whom today had met the most inquisitive family.

“Now that there seems to be no complications, what might be the problem doctor? Asked Tran.

“ I don’t actually know,am as well as confused just like you.” The doctor frankly honestly said.

Thank God he answered that,had he continued giving the detailed answer,the no nonsense family would shower him more questions which was not good for his health too even in as much as he was a doctor,he had also been a patient.

Fortunately, Jessica who had been lying having some bed rest gradually woke up and stood on both her feet as all of them gently looked at her in disbelief as if she was some ghost too!

They all became so emotional as she came towards them and gave them a wonderful hugg all at the same time,this had been a temptation and they had finally passed,it really felt well,like the feeling of finally succeeding with all the people who believed in you all by your side.

“Dad, Mom,Tran and Jacob, I want you to know that so long as I live,I am always going to be grateful for always having my back, you have never left me alone even at my most gravious moments, honestly, you are the best people I have ever known,my rock,my shield, thank you so much and may God bless you forever for the persons that you are.” Jessica said.

This was something of very much importance for her to do,it has always been greater to thank the people who have always added a value in our lives as long as we live, somebody believing in you is the most amazing thing ever,and from the experience, Jessica was going to treasure it in her life so long as she lived,this people were her family and now part of her that were never going to be erased.

They greatly thanked the doctor for his support too before proceeding on to go home,this was the best part of healing that they had indeed received.

The next morning was on a Sunday,and since they had always believed in faith, they saw a great need to go and thank God for the very far he had brought the family from,had it not been him, even the family would never exist!

This very day seemed like it was Jessica’s.The funny guy in the name of Pastor Elijah had dedicated a maximum of two full hours so that the church would put Jessica in prayes and God’s hands too,she felt so touched and honored when she was given an opportunity to testify the good deeds that the Lord had done to her,this impacted too much on the church audience too,that service was one of a kind untill Pastor Elijah organized for some tangible food for lunch but not the spiritual one where all the church members happily feasted.

He himself sat together with the family as he tried to get more about this interesting family.

It was at this same day that Tran gave her life to God!!
