Class 3 of third

Prologue

"Have you ever heard about Asahiwaka in ninth grade at class three?"

"Is there anyone named that in class three?" She confusedly asked. 

"It happened twenty-five years ago, he'd been popular ever since at seventh grade, he was smart, handsome, and had a great personality, because of that, he was loved by students and teachers alike." 

"Yeah, probably there was at least one person or student like that in every class." 

"But shortly after the ninth grade, Asahiwaka was found dead" 

She was trembling and shocked but so because of confusedness, she asked why and also how he died. 

"I heard it was an accident, so everyone in the class was totally shocked. Until suddenly, someone said that..." As he replied. 

"Said what?" 

"He pointed at Asahiwaka's desk and said.... 'asahiwaka was right over there, he's not dead.'"

"W-was that....."

"Well, it was just an act. But from that day on class three, they continued to behave as though Asahiwaka was still alive." 

"Well.... that makes me feel cold."

"They kept the act right up to their graduation. The school principal even arranged to have Asahiwaka's seat included in their graduation ceremony" 

"Isn't that a good thing?"

"Sure, if it ended there."
