WORRISOME GILBERT, ARIZONA A Few Hours Later When Daniel rolled over one more time, he looked at his alarm clock and noticed that only nine minutes had passed since he last glanced at it. It was now 3:24 a.m. and he was still having difficulty sleeping even though it was an early Saturday morning. His mind was racing as usual. He tried to suppress thoughts of work: discovery that he needed to propound, experts to retain, depositions to take.
