During the hours when everyone else could rest, when the office was empty and people were excitedly looking at the lunch menu, Amir was forced to head to Studio Six. In the farthest room, with black square-patterned soundproof walls, only one light was on—and even that was dim. The last time he'd tried to submit a purchase, his budget had been rejected.
