The hours merged into days and the days into weeks. The tears never stopped falling, and the pain I felt in my heart was too much to bear. I hardly moved from my bed. I was never alone, though someone was always there watching me, waiting for me to completely lose it. I begged in my mind to the gods and goddesses to let me see him like I had spike but they never answered my prayers. The night before the funeral, the tears just stopped everything.
