Premonitions I Just Can't Ignore

One That thing we call intuition? It's your soul. You can trust it. °°° "Giddy, I'm afraid." Koa's little hands are trembling. His eyes are watering but he remains as quiet as possible. "You're such a baby, Koa. Mom said she'll find us, right? I'm here. I won't let anyone take you away." Gideon smiled faintly at him. I met Koa and Gideon when I was fifteen but the Koa and Gideon I'm seeing right now is a lot younger. They're sitting beside the garbage cans. I'm about to call their names when I heard footsteps coming from the side of the building where they are hiding. I wanted to run to them but I can't move my feet. I tried to speak but no voice came out. It's like I'm watching a live film and I can't do anything but stay put as the scene continues. Then the scene changes again.   A woman wearing a green cardigan is running while three men in suits chase after her. They are holding guns pointed at her but they don't shoot. "You have to stop now, Mrs. Lee!" one of the men shouted. The woman didn't listen. She runs until she stumbles over a stone she didn't notice. She fell to the ground but still tries to get on her feet. The men got to her and two of them held her arms so she won't be able to run again. "Let me go! No matter what you do, you won't get anything from me!"   "Where is it? The boss needs it!" one of the men shouts in exasperation.   They look like they're part of a syndicate and people like them don't mind killing if it means they'll be able to acquire what they want.   "I don't know what you're talking about! I already told your boss I don't have it!"   "You think we believe you? If you didn't give us what we want we'll come after your sons!"   "Don't you dare! You have to kill me first before you touch them!"   I heard the sound before I saw her collapsing on the ground. I almost stumble and fall in shock.   "Why did you shoot her?" one of them asked the one who shoots. Instead of answering, he squats to search for something in the woman. When he didn't find anything, he cursed and pointed at his company. "One of the kids must have it. Catch them no matter what!" My hands are still trembling and it took me the courage to run.   I need to find Gideon and Koa before them. I need to make sure they're okay.   I started running and running until the thought occurred to me.   If I met the siblings when Gideon and I are both fifteen, it means those men won't be able to find them. Just when I'm about to stop running, I'm caught up in a different scene. I'm still in the same building but I found Koa and Gideon running.   They're older now as if we're in the present. The same guys who killed their mother are chasing them. I run after them and tried to call their names but they seem not to hear and see me. "You have to run, Koa! Go!" Gideon exclaimed between his hard breathing. "Are you stupid?! I'm not leaving you here!" Koa argued. "I need to distract them. If they catch you, they'll definitely kill you! You need to save yourself!" "Shut up, Giddy! I'm not losing you like I lose Mom!" Gideon takes his hand as they run side by side. Footsteps are following them until they reached the same spot where they hide when they were younger.   I don't know how they get away from them when they were young. I don't have any idea that these things happened either.   They never talk about their parents’ maybe because no one asked, too.   We hang out all of the time but it seems like we know nothing about each other in a deeper sense.   "I told you to not go back there! How many times do I have to tell you that it's dangerous? They killed Mom and they won't think twice to kill you, too. If they found out you gave away those diamonds just like that, that will be the end of you!" Gideon exclaimed. "If I didn't do that, they will chase after you!"   "That's so genius of you, Koa." Gideon glared at him. They both fell into silence when the three men appeared with their guns pointed at Koa's head. "You got nowhere to go, boy." The man in the middle with his deep croaky voice said. His voice alone is scary as the sound of metal being dragged into the pavement.   Without further ado, he pulled the trigger. I watch in horror as the bullet comes out of the g*n like it's in slow motion. When I opened my eyes, I'm no longer in the scene with Gideon and Koa. I find myself sitting alone on a train. My head spins as I try to figure out what's happening.   Am I dreaming? Were those series of the event just my dream? If they were, why does it feel like they're true? I closed my eyes to calm my nerves. I won't be able to think straight if I'm like this.   Why am I here? Where am I going? I tapped on my pockets to find my phone but something else is in my pocket.   When I fished it out, it's not my phone but a strange-looking clock.
