I made my way down the hall following Corin’s pull through the palace. It was almost lunch and we had been pretty busy all morning. I was finally done training so I was hoping I could drag him away from work to have lunch together. I slowed my pace when I was closer to Corin’s office and could hear Rowan’s rather angry sounding voice. The room’s door was not completely shut letting their voices linger out into the hallway.
“Corin, I’ve already visited every pack suggested for me, I do not want to take over any of them.”
