Chapter Twenty-Nine
Jack Amelia and I sat next to each other but, in all honesty my mind was on the other side of the planet. Contemplating my allies and enemies in Japan. Who could have done this? I wondered searching my memory for the names on all three accounts. I felt Amelia's whole body go ridged in the chair next to me. I turned my head to see her looking directly at the headof the table. To be more precise, I followed her line of vision and found she was looking at Thomas Anderson, and he was looking right at her in return. Thomas stood there looking ta his daughter with an almost shocked look on his face. Was he not expecting to see her here? I wondered.
