The Shadow

Beginning

Trees, so many trees. No matter where I run there is always a tree, no houses in sight, no roads. Just the forest floor and Trees. I don't know where I am but I keep going straight praying that I will find someone or a place that I can get help. *Snap* I turned around when I heard twigs break behind me but there isn't no one in sight.

"Amoria, I smell your fear" I heard him say.

Who is that? What does he want with me.? I started running through the foggy forest, it's getting late out. I need to get f*****g out of here. " Someone please Help me!" As I kept running the footsteps behind me are right behind me... this is it I'm going to die here tonight.

*Beep, Beep, Beep*

"Amoria! Turn off your alarm! It's 5am" Savanah shouted as she threw the pillow at her roommate.

"Good morning to you to" I say as I throw the pillow back at her.

I had that nightmare again... the same nightmare I've had since I was a child but as the years go by it never changes.. it's always the same.

"Hey ama; are you okay. You look paler then usual. Did... did you have that dream again?"

Savanah asks as she sits on my bed beside me.

"Yeah.. I'm sorry." I lay my head down on her and start to cry. Why does this dream keep happening and who is the guy that I hear every time.
