Strong Aura

Violet's POV

"Raymond?". I surprised that I can meet him in such a place like this.

"can I sit here?". He said

"oh.. Yeah of course". I let him sit in front of me. I let out a small smile as he sit down.

"thanks, Vio. So it's Raymond, not Ray anymore". He let out a little chuckle with a bitter smile.

"what are you doing here, Ray? As far as I can remember you don't like Korean food"

"it's not like I don't like it. It's just I don't want to try it"

"what makes you wanna try it then?"

"you"

"me?". I got a little bit confused.

"I've been tried all the things that you've told me to try." okay it's getting in that way. I don't want to talk about that anymore. I don't want to talk about our relationship.

"okay. How's work Ray?"

"good. Fine. Nothing special. How's yours?"

"very good. Everything seems perfect"

"okay". We went silent after that conversation until the waiter come to bring our food. We ate in silent. It looks like he feel awkward and so do I. We were something and then one day we become nothing. It's very normal to be like this, I think.

When I finished my food, we still keep silent. Until he began the conversation.

"you look more beautiful". I saw him. Look at his face. I can see that he look messier than before.

"you look... Good"

"I know you will say that I look like a mess". He smiled.

"you have to take care of yourself, Ray"

"I know". His smile faded as he said that.

"Ray we're good now. I mean we still can talk like a normal. You don't have to feel sorry for your whole life. My life is fine and you have be fine as well. We have to move on from this. Live our own life as good as we can. And we can still be friend, Ray."

"you got the point. I'm really sorry for what I have done to you. I'm happy to see that you're fine and even better without me. I still love you Violet but I can't even have the right to ask you to going back together with me"

"look Ray, I'm okay with you and I forgive you. And even if I can't going back with you, we've been together for 3 years and it's hard for me to be distant from you. I always be with you all along and it become a habit. You're like a family to me. We can be friend and maybe best friend if I must say. If you want"

"Thank you so much Violet". He cried and he tried to cover it. He is so sincere about his feelings. That is the good side of him. He is rude but sometimes he can be so kind and tender. I smile as I see him and I pat his shoulder to tell him that it's fine.

And I think this is another beginning of our story.

I wake up from my sleep with a smile. Thinking about what has happened yesterday. I just never thought I could feel this light hearted after I dealed with my past. I should've done that earlier.

My phone ringing disturbing my calm morning. I see the caller ID and smile to see that Anna is calling me. It means that I have to be hurry to work cause something important is coming.

"hello... This is Violet speaking"

"yeah I know since I'm the one who dialed your number". I chuckle to hear her annoyed voice. I like to tease her.

"what's going on Ann? I'm not late for work"

"You have to be at the office in 30 minutes. The CEO from head quarters is coming and we have to prepare everything. You need to be fast. Don't forget to look presentable."

"oh my God! Be there ASAP". I hurry to bathroom to take a quick shower.

"Oh my God, Violet I thought you would be late. He is on his way here and almost arrive. Now tidy up your clothes"

"Ok, Mom". She just like my mother to yell, about everything. And she get used to get my sarcastic words. That's what I like about her.

I tidy up my clothes as I hear Anna told me that the CEO Mr. Nolan is in the Director office. And she said that the Director call me to his office. Okay.. Hope it goes well.

I knock on the door not too long before Claire, Mr. Watson's Personal Assistant open the door for me.

"come in Ms. Violet". She say as she walk out of the room.

"Mr. Nolan, she is our best Head PR. She can handle the crisis even make huge turnover to this Hotel."

"Nice to meet you Mr. Nolan. I'm Violet Calfuray. I'm the Head PR of this Hotel branch". I shake his hand and I can feel his strong aura full of power and domination those supported with his tall figure, and I can see that he have a nice body. So attractive. I feel a little bit nervous with his behaviour but it changes when I saw his ocean blue eyes. He has the side of a wise man even though he's still so young.

"Nice to meet you too, Ms. Calfuray. Have a sit"

"yes, thank you sir"

"I call you to my office cause Mr. Nolan ask me to. You know that Mr. Nolan will expand this Hotel to Italy, right?"

"yes we have talked about that matter, sir"

"as I mentioned to Mr. Nolan before.. That you are"

"let me make it simple and efficient Mr. Watson.". Mr. Nolan cut Mr. Watson's word. He seems not patient to see him talk so slow.

"I want you to go to Italy to take care of our new Hotel until we find someone who fits the position". He said it in one sentence with a stern voice that look so manly. Oh my God what was I thinking!

"When will I begin to work there, sir?"

"next week".

"I have to finish all of my things here and to research everything about Italy. As to prepare my things to move there, sir. It cannot be done in a week"

"it's not on your will Ms. Calfuray. Everything you need about Italy, all the documents has been prepared for you. As for all your work here, I've heard that you are fast worker so I believe you can take care of that. And about your things, you jus have to bring your clothes and your personal necessity as you won't live there forever". Now he's not attractive anymore. I hate him. I give me all of these works and ask me to finish it in just A WEEK! DAMN.

"and no complaints"

"yes, sir. May I ask who will be my Boss in Italy? I need to know in case I have something to ask."

"you will be in my care in Italy".

I feel a little bit surprised to hear that he will be my boss in Italy. In my head I just thinking that I have to be with this person for uncertainly time. Oh God! I must have a huge sins and this is to pay all of it.
