Mia POV
I woke up the next morning to find Ethan was nowhere to be seen all I could see was a note that he had left on his side of the bed it read
'morning Mia im sorry but there was an urgent meeting at the pack so I had to leave you looked so peaceful I didn't want to wake you here is my number give me a call soon I had a great night Ethan'
I felt heartbroken that he had just left me like that without so much as a goodbye. I didn't want to think about it anymore as it just would make me upset I got myself up showered and ready to go back to LA. hoping fate would bring us together again.
2 WEEKS LATER
I woke up feeling sick like I had done the last few morning I was starting to worry I might have a bug then I did some maths in my head and realised my period was late. 'Crap' I ran out the house that morning and down to the drug store to get a pregnancy test. I came home ran to the bathroom to go and pee on the stick hoping I wouldn't be pregnant. not that I didn't want kids just not this way from a one night stand. after a few minutes I looked at the stick and my worst fears were realised It was positive. I sat on the floor crying. beth and sophie came home and saw me crying.
"Oh Mia what has happened" they both said at the same time
"Im pregnant" I said through sobs
"Mia its going to be ok is it the Ethan guy from the one night stand?"
I noaded
"I know you don't want to hear this now but you need to tell him" Sophie said while hugging me
"I know your right I will book a flight can you cover me at work please" I said after calming down
"of course we will we love you"
TWO DAYS LATER
I was standing outside my childhood home and it felt strange to be back here after so long. I took a deep breath and went up to the guards asked if I could please see Ethan it was urgent. they let me past I walked up to the big house which could be mistaken for a castle. there I saw the woman I hoped I wouldn't meet Ethans mother Anna she looked at me like she was going to kill me I took a deep breath.
"hello Anna how are you? is Ethan about I need to speak with him its urgent"
"well well if it isn't Mia Murphay. no he isn't here he is away dealing with some business can I help?"
"no its kind of personal"
"well if your trying to worm your way into this household you can think again that wont happen while im alive you b***h"
I felt the tears coming but I held them back
"ok I will leave as I'm not welcome here"
I turned and left feeling the tears falling down my cheeks. as I was nearly to the gate I bumped into ben who I haven't since I was 5 years old
"OMG ben how are you?" I hugged ben while saying this
"Mia what bring you back I haven't seen you in forever"
" I was trying to see Ethan but he is not here would you be able to give him a message please"
"sure of course Mia what is it?"
" can you tell him Im pregnant and yes the kid is his here is the address of the hotel im staying at till tomorrow afternoon"
"of course Mia I will do congratulations I hope to see you soon" we hugged then I left back to the hotel
