Mia had just told me the reason why she wouldn't be with me I was shocked but admired her aswell that she was so strong that she would do that for me I then looked at her and she was looking at me I could tell she didn't know what I was thinking. I broke the silence.
"I think you are very strong for saying and wanting to do that for me I am in awe you would make a great luna"
she looked at me with that beautiful smile I love so much but also with a hint of scared
"but I don't get it what are you trying to tell me? I know you love me and I wanna make this work but I cant come back to the Packhouse with you"
"what why not?"
"not until you have talked to your family and thought what you really want I will wait no forever but long enough for you to figure it out"
"you know you don't have to do that I wont let you I'm the alpha they will do as I say" I said getting angry not at Mia but my family and myself for not seeing it without me realising she took my hands in hers and looked in my eyes then she kissed me which started to calm me down.
"I know you could use your alpha voice but they are family your family just because I don't have mine I don't want you to lose yours so please go talk to them as your family we will need them but also they deserve the respect that you can sit down and talk with them I wont go home until you talk with them you can come see me whenever but going back there till your family are comfortable please do this for me and be the alpha I know you are" she gave me another kiss this time with love and hope.
we pulled away she looked exhausted I gave her a smile
"I will do I promise would you like me to stay for a bit longer" I asked hoping she would say yes
"please can we cuddle for a bit then you can go talk to them" I smiled and then we laid down for a bit on the bed cuddling she fell asleep I laid with the biggest smile on my face I then saw her phone sitting on the side I decided to put my number in it then I left her a note saying I went home to talk to my family also to ring or text if she needed anything and I will be there I gave her another kiss on the cheek then left to drive home.
the drive home seemed longer than normal for some reason but I kept thinking on the way home why did my family hate Mia so much I just didn't get it she was the perfect mate and would make the best luna I needed answers.
I arrived at the packhouse parked up jack started to go crazy again
'jack what's up?'
'we left mate we should be with mate'
'i know jack i want to be with her as well but we need to sort this out first'
'fine but don't expect me to be happy'
'i get why your not just bare with me please i will fix it'
once i finished talking with jack ben arrived looking worried
"what's up ben?"
"did you find Mia?"
"yes i did find her she is safe at the hotel but i need to talk to my family before she comes home"
"that's good but that's why i came out here your mum is really angry she know you went to Mia and is saying she will do whatever in her power to keep her way from this family and....."
"WHAT ELSE DID SHE SAY?" i was started to lose control and jack would come out at any minute
ben looked shocked "she called Mia a b***h and she was going to bring a curse on this pack"
i took a deep breath and remembered what Mia had told me she believed in me to get this sorted and i will.
"I'm sorry ben that i used my alpha voice on you i just want Mia here with me so bad"
"I get that i wish there was more that i could do more to help you"
"I know but you do more than enough to help I'm so glad your my beta but i had better go find my family and sort this out"
"good luck" was all he said before i left to go into the Packhouse and find my family.
