'There has to be something keeping her here! There has to be! Her mother!' Anthony bolted out of the apartment. He drove straight to the hospital where Liliana's mother had been staying. As he sped through traffic, he muttered under his breath, disbelief still clinging to his voice. "Liliana... Running away from me? You want to play this game with me? Fine. When I find you, you're going to regret it!" But when he rushed into the hospital room, he stopped dead. The bed was empty. Liliana's mother was gone too. A wave of panic hit him.
