The restaurant buzzed with chatter, as I sat across from Emmet in the seafood restaurant he'd been told about by one of the other guards, and was currently stuffing his face all his favorite seafood.
''I told you, I'm not hungry!''
''Come on. You love seafood.'' He reminded me. ''I'm sure Zaiden is fine. Stop worrying over nothing.''

''If he was dead, you'd know it, so just relax. If he did hurt himself, he's probably healed by now.''
