I sat on the couch in my study room, Memories of Grant's hateful eyes when he found out about Jade and me, people may think I did it to hurt my brother.
But I didn't, I was desperate to find a woman to fill Gloria's spots, and she came too, out of nowhere she stood in front of me.

“Who did you say was here to see me” I asked, dropping the files in my hands as I stared at Mark.
“Jade Hendrix, am still confused, I never knew my Hendrix had another daughter” Mark answered.
I graze my fingers across my lips, Grant never told me about her visiting, that they something going on between them.
“Should I send her away” Mark's voice broke through my thoughts.
