"Thank you, Alphonse." I made sure my voice was velvety smooth. This close, Ashlynn was even more beautiful than she'd been at a distance. And, of course, Alphonse had been right. The bright red of her hair now made those blue eyes of hers sparkle even more, made them seem a deeper blue than before. I wanted nothing more than to run my fingers through her hair, maybe even tug just a little to trail my lips across that pale, slender throat. Alphonse left the room, and I cleared my throat. I really did need to stop this before I got a little too far ahead of myself. I motioned to the chair across from the desk, watching as her feet carried her in my direction. That skirt did wonders for her legs, as did the heels. She sat in that chair, and her ankles crossed in the picture of poise and ladylike grace. I could already tell that there was a cocky grin on my face. She was here, that was all that mattered. Soon enough, I'd be able to touch her like she deserved. "I, uh, I feel just a little under dressed here," I heard her mutter. It took everything in me not to move towards her just to rip those clothes off of her and take her right there in my study. She was small enough that lifting her up to f**k her against a bookshelf would not be difficult in the slightest. "Don't fret, love," I said. My voice, as it always was when dealing with humans, was velvety smooth and that Irish accent of mine was in full swing. I could see her practically melting right then and there. "You needn't worry about impressing me. The only thing that needs to impress me is your voice, and I can assure you it already has." It did more than impress me, but I wasn't about to bring that up just yet. She blushed rather deeply and I nearly lost control right then and there. That blush was cute, pure, but it also brought the Demon I was to the surface. If I wasn't careful, I'd be giving away too much before it was time. "T-thank you, Sir." Damn. That one word slipping from her lips would have brought anyone to their knees. i was glad that I'd been sitting, otherwise I might have dropped to my knees right there. It wouldn't have been hard, really, to push up that skirt of hers and show her just how she deserved to be worshiped. "I mean it. It means a lot to me to hear you say that." Her voice pulled me out my less than wholesome thoughts, and I just flashed her that charming grin I was well known for. "You don't have to thank me, Ashlynn. I've heard rumors about the producer you're currently working with. And I know that a lovely little dove like yourself can't ever truly spread your wings while trapped in the cage he's put you in." It was a subtle flirt, just enough to whet her appetite for more. "Now, dinner should be ready. We'll go downstairs and talk more there." She nodded and let me lead her to the dining room. Alphonse. My thoughts projected to the other Demon in my employ. I should hope the guest quarters are ready. I might just have my work cut out for me with this little dove. Of course they are, My Lord. Dinner is ready as well. I knew precisely what he meant. I hated stooping to this level, really, but I knew that she wouldn't listen to me otherwise.I pulled out the chair for her at her spot at the table. The chair to my right. Normally, that would be a place for one of the other Princes here at the manor. But she was special. And she'd know that sooner or later. I watched her as we talked. Of course, I hadn't been completely dishonest when I'd brought her here. I did have connections in the music industry, and I could easily promote her myself. For her? I'd do anything. Slowly, the "additions" Alphonse had put in her wine began to take effect, and she started to get drowsy. That was my chance. I could finally get the chance to touch her. Before she slumped out of the chair, I moved to catch her, pressing her close to my chest. "I... I'm sorry," she muttered. Her voice was thick, sleepy. Perfect. "It must be because I don't really drink much." It wasn't. But I'd let her think that for as long as she needed to. She felt absolutely perfect against my chest, fitting against me perfectly. I lifted her, bridal style, feeling myself growing hard already. She was so close to me. But I'd much rather have her conscious and consenting when I finally did get to have her for the first time. By the time I started to move again, she was already out. I moved her into the basement, pinning her arms above her head, cuffing her in place. I couldn't have her hurting herself just to get free when she woke up. I wouldn't have been able to bear a single mark on her flawless skin. Unless, of course, those marks were from the press of my lips against her skin. When she woke up, it was only to see me still cuffing her in place. Good thing Demons had incredible strength. She struggled against me, but I didn't have to hold onto her tighter. "What the hell?" "Funny you should ask like that, lass," I said as I forced the crimson into my irises. She gasped, and she struggled even harder then. "You're one of them! Daniel warned me about you and your kind!" So she knew more than she let on. It only proved that she was as intelligent as I thought she was. I moved one hand, now that she'd been secured, and trailed my fingers across her cheek. "I can't let you leave here just yet, beautiful," I growled. "You see, you've cast some sort of spell on me, and I'm going to make you the Queen you deserve to be. In due time, of course." "What do you want from me?" "I want you to marry me. Not right away, of course. I wouldn't want you to rush into things, of course. But one day." I gripped her chin between my thumb and forefinger, tilting her head up so she could look me in the eyes. I could feel her eyes on my torso, could tell that she'd noticed I'd removed my jacket earlier. Good. Let her see how strong I was. I could see the conflict in those beautiful eyes of hers, and I half expected her to agree then and there. Instead, she bit her lip and glared up at me. "And if I say no?" "I won't make you, if that's what you're thinking. But, given time, I'll change your mind. Trust me." I stepped away from her, unbuttoning the cuffs of my shirt to roll up my sleeves. "I'll send a female servant to help you change later," I announced. "And, don't worry, you won't be chained there long. I just didn't want to risk you hurting yourself." I smirked at her once more, sliding my hands into my pockets. My fingers almost tingled where they'd touched her. "And don't try anything. Lilith is small, petite, but she's a lot stronger than she looks. And she's not nearly as nice as I am." With that being said, I turned on my heel and strode from the basement. Not because I was angry, but because I didn't want her seeing the bulge that indicated just how worked up she'd gotten me. It would be a long few weeks, and I knew it. As I left the basement, I sent Lilith down to Ashlynn. "And don't make her look like you, Lilith," I snapped. "She's classier than that." Lilith rolled her eyes at me, holding up a neatly folded stack of clothes. Sweats and a black tank top. When had she gone back to Ashlynn's place? I could smell her on those clothes. Well, at least she'd be comfortable. I gave the Demon Princess a nod and shrugged. "Make sure to unchain her as well. There's a bed down there. I want her comfortable, Lilith."
