Chapter 4

Jacob's POV:

Lizzy is so amazing. Xavier is going to freak out when we tell him that I and Lizzy are mates. After meeting with Lizzy I walked with her back to her house because Lizzy is driving Xavier, herself, Izzy, and me to the game. Since she is the cheer captain and a flyer for the cheerleaders, she has to go.

Lizzy went to go find her brother. She came back with him hot on her tail. Then we went to Izzy's house. Lizzy went and found her. Izzy is a flyer for the cheer team as well.

"You ready for the game my dudes?" I ask everyone.

They all reply," f**k NO!"

I was like, " And why not?"

"We are too tired for it, Jake," Xavier replied.

"Fine whatever, but if we lose I am blaming it on you guys." There was something up with Xavier today. I can't tell what it is, but it's something.

Lizzy's POV:

We are winning the game 13-7. It's so hot watching Jake play football. I could just run up to him, and make out for hours. I think that is just the mate bond talking though.

Currently, it is halftime. We are getting ready to do our cheer routine. Everybody, even the football players are still out here to watch us. That's when I see him.

We queue the music, and we start to do our dance. The flyers are thrown into the air, me being one of them. All I hear is hooting and hollering, probably from the football players seeing all us girls in mini skirts. LOL! We all land safely in the base's arms. Then we finish off with our signature moves. The double back handspring is followed by 4 cartwheels, and the Timberwolves howl. I see all of the people go about their day when I spot my brother and Jake arguing.

Xavier's POV:

When the Cheerleaders were doing their dance I looked over at Jake and saw him checking out my sister's ass. I walked over and said, " Dude, Why the flying f**k were you staring at my sisters ass?"

Then he said the words I least expected, "She is my mate, Xavier." And my world fell.

We were arguing non stop after that, then I heard my sister clear her throat.

"Why are you fighting?" she asked all innocent.

"Like you don't already know. " I say shooting fire with my words.

"He knows Liz. He knows everything." Jake said. I glared at him.

"f**k, Look Xay, I was going to tell you but I wanted to wait until after the game. I am so sorry." She said with tears in her eyes. All I could do was hug her.

"It's okay, sis. At least you didn't hide it from me." I said debating on whether I should tell her about Izzy. I decided to tell her. "Hey sissy, I have something to tell you, please don't get mad. I and Izzy are mates."

The next thing I know I am thrown into the wall. I fall to the ground and Lizzy is on top of me. Punching me, if I may add, not lightly either.

"Why the f*****g hell didn't you tell me before we came?" She said after she stopped hitting me.

"I wanted to talk to her before I said anything, but I didn't get the chance."

Then the unexpected thing happened. Izzy and Lizzy were fighting each other. Fist fighting not yell fighting.

I grabbed Izzy and Jake grabbed Lizzy. They settled down immediately.

I was shocked. Shocked is even an understatement, I was worried for the 2 best friends.
