140 Revelations anew
Janus and Yvaine were joined by Vivien over dinner, much as they did a few months ago, back when the elf first started leaning into the idea of living in the village. The atmosphere wasn't any different. Despite weathering multiple adventures with Vivien, Janus still felt an air of distance with the elf. She didn't have any strong relationships within the village except for the plants and the beasts, and the closest she had as a friend was Astrid and maybe Yvaine. Well... Yvaine was always the exception for things like these. What's different though was their food. They dined on stale bread, cheese, and vegetarian stew. Which was a bit of a shame, Janus was forced to move their sweet potatoes into more exports, now that their supplies had been hit by the storms. Vivien as always kept to
