I disappeared the moment I realized that I had hurt Max. It was something that I didn't intend to do. It just sort of happened. Something inside of me snapped when he was talking, I just couldn't control my emotions at the time.
Realizing where I was, I smiled as I tried to locate my best friend. After a couple of minutes, I finally found her talking to some pups as they were munching on cotton candies. I laughed when Raina used her magic to make more. She always seemed to have a soft side for pups, which was what I was sure of.
She looked over and saw me, then waved. I waved back and made my way over to her.
