Part 2: Bad News

Here I laid in my hospital bed. Waiting for my guys to text me back about the mission. I can't wait to hold my daughter in my arms. Telling her that I'm her real dad. No one will ever hurt her again.

I sat up in bed. Leaning against my pillow. I should of went with my guys. I'm useless in this bed.

I balled up my fist. Taking a deep breath. To calm myself. I knew my guys were capable of doing this mission. I was just missing my daughter.

Those bastards that hurt my little girl. They will pay with their lives. I took another deep breath and let it out once more. Leaning back closing my eyes.

When my phone beeped. I picked it up. It was one of my guys Jasser. I read the message. He said, "It was a trap. Everyone got out except Loki and Negan. Boss sorry but we're still looking for them two. I'll message you when we find them."

I laid down my phone. Grabbing the call button pushing it.

In walked the nurse named Mary. She had the biggest smile on her face. Until she seen my face. Her smile dropped and said, "I'll go get your discharge papers." Then she left out of the room.

I got out of the bed walking over to the cabinet pulling out my suit bag. Going into the bathroom getting dressed. Stepping out in my navy pin striped suit. I felt better.

I stood putting my wallet in my pants pocket when Mary walked back in. She handed me the papers. I signed them and handed them back to her. She smiled and said, "Please be careful."

I touched her cheek looking into her eyes . I said, "I'm always careful beautiful."

She blushed. I leaned in and whispered in her ear. "I'll be seeing you soon. She turned beet red. Then I left out of the room. Walking down the hall. I pulled out my phone and started texting Negan and Loki.

No answer. I went out of the hospital; getting into the backseat. Closing the door.

Told Jerry to take me home. We headed home.

(Negan's pov)

This morning we all arrived at the ware house. I told all of our guys to surround the place. Loki and I would go in. I don't know why but it felt different. But I needed to make sure. My brother needed his daughter and I needed my sunshine.

I know she is hurt by what I said. I was so wrong about her. She got shot protecting him. Why do I have to be so hard headed. I should of believed her and never sent her away.

This isn't the place to feel sorry about my guilt. Let's bring her home. Then I can beg for her forgiveness. I need my sunshine in my life.

I turned to my brother. Pulling out our guns. We went in going down halls searching everywhere. She was nowhere in sight. We stopped at the office door. When we took and deep breath and kicked down the door. There sat a bomb with a small tape recorder and Angel's sun necklace. I walked to the table picking up her necklace and the tape recorder.

I pushed play when his voice came on. He laughed and said, "You're never going to find her. I can't wait to put my c**k in her as she's chained up. f*****g her real hard. Ripping her open. Watching her bleed. But no one will stop me because you'll be dead. He laughed and the tape recorder stopped.

Loki looked up and said, "We need to get out now."

We both took off out the door. Running as fast as we could down the hall. I radio my guys to move away from the building. When the building exploded. Throwing Loki and I throw different windows. Land on the ground knocking the window out of me. I tried to radio my guys but my ear piece was broken.

I got up to my knees looking around. When I heard a gun shot. Then I felt this sharp pain in my left shoulder. Knocking me back to the ground hard. I took in a deep breath trying to breath. When I looked toward Loki.

Two men picked up an unconscious Loki and carried him to a vehicle. Putting him in. I tried to get up several times. I couldn't put any pressure on my arm.

When I saw Friendly. I yelled for him. He rushed over. Helping me up. He then helped me over to our black SUV.

We got in. He messaged the guys and we all headed back home.

Two hours later we pulled up to our home. Solo was getting out of his car. When Friendly and Jasser helped me out.

Solo ran to me. Looking at me then around at the other vehicles. Waiting to see Loki.

I looked down and said, "Hades got Loki too."

Solo gritted his teeth. Then said, "Take him to see the doctor and we'll make a plan. He said, "He's getting his daughter and Loki back. No one will keep him away from his family.

Solo headed towards his office as I was headed towards the doctor.

Two hours later. I was fixed up. The doctor kept telling me to rest. But I needed to find my sunshine and my brother. I didn't have time to rest.

I left out of the medical room. Heading towards Solos's office. Solo was flustered. When I walked in. He was leaning back in his chair looking through paper work trying to figure out where Hades went.

Two months passed. We still haven't found our brother or his daughter. We were sitting at a bar drinking neat.

When two guys came to the bar talking about this bastard named Hades had rooted

down to Chicago. He was fixing to have " A Death Auction. For all the gangs that wanted to kill one of the Mafia King's brother. I wanted to rip those guys throat out. But I took Solo outside. So he could cool down, because finally we had a lead.
