I open my eyes to find Frankie watching me. I hope he's not mad at me for spending the night without talking to him about it first. I did warn him I was having a hard time accepting his decision to keep me a secret. I couldn't drive back to my mom's and spend another night alone after going for weeks without him. When the Uber had dropped me off at my mother's I'd taken my car and came straight here. I didn't care about the consequences anymore.
