“should we wake her up?” I heard faintly a voice say
“She seems to taste good can we eat her?” White Zetsu ask
“Of course we can” Black Zetsu reply
“GET AWAY FROM MAKOTO-CHAN!” Tobi shouts next to my ear
“Shhhhh un you are going to wake her up.”
“Leave the poor girl alone.” I heard Konan say
I got up while yawning and rubbing my eyes.
“What is going on.” When I opened my eyes I saw all of the Akatsuki members looking at me while blushing.
“Why don’t you take a picture it will last longer. Pedophils.” I got up and stretched a little bit.
“Makoto come on it is breakfast time.” Pein said I got up and followed him out. We entered a small kitchen enough to fit the members but still small for this many people. He pulled out a chair for me and then went to start making omelets I guess.
After a moment of silence I spoke.
“Why did you help me?”
“Because you are an orphan as well.”
“So you are an orphan too?” He didn’t respond
“Your eyes are… unique. why are they like that?”
“It is none of your business.” He said coldly. I sat there choosing the words carefully.
“Sorry if I said something bad.”
After sometime he put a plate in front of me of omelette and sat opposite of me.
“Itadakimashu… wow this is really good.” I exclaim eating the whole plate in 5 seconds.
“You are a strange girl.”
“In a good way or a bad way. Cause that I am kind of crazy I know that.”
“Well you are not scared of us and a normal girl would not have let people take her in their home.”
“Well you don’t seem like a bad person, plus you seem like you need some kindness.” I said giving him a closed eye smile.
“Why? Why are you so nice?” He said looking at his hands on his laps.
“Well everyone needs kindness. Even if they don’t like it. Or don’t know they need it”
He got up after a moment of silence and came and hugged me? I awkwardly hugged back not knowing what to do at that moment. He kissed the top of my head and murmured.
“Please be careful.”
“I will”
~~Le time skip~~
I was outside of the Akatsuki hide out ready to go with my companions by my side. All the Akatsuki came to say goodbye. I first went to Deidara.
“Here un it’s an unexploded clay bird so you can send us sometimes, un.” I smiled and hugged him kissing him on the cheek. I then moved to Sasori.
“This is a book about basic jutsus and puppet ones as well in case you want to start training as a ninja.” I gave him a hug which he returned later and like a robot pretty much. Then Kakuzu…
“Try and learn how to use well your money, brat.” He said putting a hand on top of me. I gave a nod and then…
“Now it is my f*****g time for a f*****g hug and a f*****g kiss.” I went up to him, hugged him quickly and kissed his forehead.
“There you got both of them.” I then went to Kisame and gave him a big hug.
“Good luck on your search and what ever you need send me a message and I will be there in less than a minute.” He said and hugging me like the big teddy bear he is. I let go and nodded smiling at him and then I was tackled by an orange lollipop.
“Tobi will miss Makoto-chan! So much.” He said but the last part was from Obito whispering. He let go and went to annoy Deidara like always. I then went to Konan who had a small bag with her.
“Here you go. I made some rise balls.” I gave her a hug and in return she gave me a small smile. And finally I was in front of Pein smiling up at him.
“Don’t die.” He said with a straight face.
“Not going to promise anything sorry.” I said laughing scratching the back of my neck.
“Oh and here read this at the end of the day.” I said smiling giving him a letter. He nodded and I started walking toward the grass village again. I turned waving at them as they waved back.
‘I really hope I can save them.’
I then started walking with my three friends again. After we are a good distance we started running.
“Are you sure we had to give him that letter?” Soky asks
“It was the right thing to do. If I want them to trust me they need to know.”
We continued our journey toward the grass village running not stopping not even a second. You see I was scared that they may take it the bad way what I wrote them.
“Stop where you are.” A voice told me and I stopped in my tracks.
“Yes?” I ask looking at him he was tall with brown and blue hair, brown eyes, there was a scar decorating his chest deep enough to have been fatal in the past. He had two weird looking guitars on his back.
“State your business.”
“I am just passing by heading to the Sound village.”
“From which village are you?” He was reaching his hand behind his back for his guitars.
“That is classified but if you want to know you have to state your village too.”
“I am from the Leaf village.”
“Did the old man send you to see how I was doing.”
“You should respect your elders, woman.”
“And you should respect your more powerful boy.” I glared at him
“What did you call me?” He glared back
“Boy” I said getting closer to his face gritting my teeth. Now we were just a centimetre away from each other.
“If they kiss I will throw up.” Selina said making us both take a step away.
“The Hokage wants me to see where you are right now and if you found any problems in your way.”
“I went to Suna a day faster than I thought, stayed there for 3 days to recover. Then I started moving toward the rain village and spent 2 days there.”
“Did you ran to any other shinobis?”
“No I avoided all conflict with them.”
“Anything to report other than that?” I shook my head negatively.
“Understood, I will be travelling with you for the time being.” He said starting walking not giving me a chance to object.
“Alright but I lead and no questions. Boy.”
