I sighed when I realized that I had driven home while thinking about all these things. Getting out of the car, I went inside straight to my room as I didn't see Stella elsewhere.
A small smile made its way onto my face when I noticed her sleeping on the sofa with the television remote in her hands. I slowly walked to her and sat beside her on the ground. She looked so lovely yet so calm as if she had no concerns. As I sat next to Stella, I couldn't help but feel a sense of calm wash over me. Seeing her there, sleeping so peacefully, made me forget about all my worries and concerns.
I took a moment to just watch her, taking in every detail. Her long, dark hair was splayed out around her, and her face was relaxed, free of any stress or worry.
