The room was filled with silence as I finished my pitch. I could feel the weight of their stares as they tried to process all the information I had just presented. It was clear that I had piqued their interest, but I could also see the uncertainty on their faces.
I knew that I needed to continue to push. I needed to convince them that I was the right person to lead Blackford Enterprises through the challenges we were facing. So, I took a deep breath and spoke with all the conviction I could muster.
"I understand that this may be a lot to take in," I said, meeting each of their gazes in turn. "But I assure you that I have a plan to navigate through these challenges and keep Blackford Enterprises on the path to success."
