Stella POV
"Why didn't you inform me before? You know fear sucked me up upon seeing those cars constantly following me" I shouted at him over the phone.
I couldn't believe that he was such a nonsensical person. Because of him, not only I was late for work but also my mind became a mess. If he was in front of me, I would have beaten the hell out of him.
"I wanted to tell you but I fell asleep while waiting on you" he tried to give excuses but it was merely acting as fuel to the fire.
"I accept that you fell asleep but who asked you to arrange bodyguards for me? I don't want someone to constantly follow me around" I said in an irritated tone while trying to calm down and drive the car at a normal pace.
