“Oh god, I think I'm going to throw up” Olivia groaned, doubling over to hold her stomach
Olivia stood there for what felt like hours, but it was only a few seconds, watching the lady please her boyfriend before she felt her breakfast rise to her throat.
Both heads snapped to her as she said those words, and she could see Chad's eyes widen with shock at the sight of her.
“Olivia, baby, what are doing here?” he asked, putting up his pants hastily while the random girl ran to his bathroom to get dressed.
She didn't answer his question, still holding her stomach to prevent herself from throwing up on the carpet.
“Are you okay baby?” he stepped towards her, but Olivia jumped back “NO!” she screamed.
He paused at her words “Olivia please, I can explain...”
“NO! Stay the hell away from me!” she snarled at him.
The audacity to call her baby, to think he can just explain the fact that he had a girl over to f**k him. For crying out loud they had plans to marry,
and he bought her a freaking promise ring.
She thought their relationship was going so well, but here he was, f*****g another girl on the bed they had cuddled in so many times. She nearly threw up at the mere thought of it.
“Olivia...”
“how long has this been going on? Hmmm? How long have you been screwing that girl while you've been telling me you loved me?!” she screamed at him, trying to hold back the tears that were threatening to come out.
Olivia knew she wasn't going to like the answer, and she was better off not knowing. But she couldn't let this go. She needed to know exactly when she was dating herself and just listening to sweet lies.
She needed to know when he started betraying her.
“Olivia, please” Chad begged, taking a step closer.
“Answer me!”
He stopped, hanging his head in shame as he barely whispered the word ‘A year’
Olivia felt her world crumble at that moment, and despite how she was trying to put it together, she couldn't stop the tears from skidding down her cheeks.
“Oh god,” she closed her eyes, trying not to break down in front of him.
Trying.
“I... I can't even look at you” Olivia turned around, heading out of the room and running down the stairs, ignoring Chad's screams for her to come back.
She didn't want to think about it, she didn't want to think about the fact that half of their relationship was a lie.
She tried to open the front door, but Chad came out of nowhere, slamming the door shut and blocking it with his weight.
“You have to hear me out”
“I don't have to hear anything, get the f**k out of my way” she growled.
“No, no. You know, this is your fault too” he pointed angrily at her.
“ excuse me?” she took a step back in surprise, wondering what the hell he was talking about.
“you caused this. You won't give me what I wanted. I'm a man Olivia! I needed s*x, and you constantly kept it from me. What did you expect me to do?!” he yelled at her, pointing his finger at her face.
She just stood there, staring at him in shock.
“is that what this is about? You knew I was keeping it for marriage. I told you several times that I wasn't interested in engaging in s*x and if that was what you wanted then we can't be together. YOU agreed. YOU said that you were going to wait with me. YOU promised that you weren't going to hurt me. This is YOUR fault, not mine” she snarled at him, jabbing her fingers into his bare chest.
“Well I thought I could Olivia, but I can't. You have to understand as a man I have urges, and I need them to be fulfilled, I can't keep waiting for the big day” he pushed her finger out of his chest.
She couldn't believe that he was trying to force the blame on her, trying to make her the bad guy when he was the one who agreed to it.
She never forced anyone to do anything, nor did she ever manipulate him into this. She openly communicated with him her boundaries and told him of he wasn't okay he could leave.
He chose this life, he doesn't get to whine when the hard part.
“Well, now you can get to have all the women you want without having to hide it. You're a single man now Chad, congratulations” She gave as much of a fake smile as she could as she removed her promise ring and threw it at him.
“Now get the hell out of my way”
Chad grabbed her hand, stopping her from reaching for the door handle.
“Look I'm sorry Olivia. You're right, I didn't choose this, and I was selfish, but I love you baby, and if you give me a chance I'll make it up to you” he held both her hands in his.
“I love you, baby, that girl is just a w***e, she's means nothing to me. You're the one I want to...”
“Who the f**k are you calling a w***e” The girl that Chad was with walked down the stairs, fully dressed, with her face red with anger.
“You, get out of my house,” Chad said, staring at her with disgust like he wasn't the one moaning her name a few minutes ago.
“f**k you Chad. We've been dating for a year and You deceive me. You told me that you and your girlfriend broke up. You told me you didn't love her and she was the one who wouldn't leave you alone. You lied to me. You f*****g liar” she growled, close to tears as she continuously smacked him her pause.
“wow,” Olivia laughed at the irony. Not only did he lied to her, he also lied to his side chick and made her out to be the crazy ex.
So much for that love.
She used the opportunity of their bickering to open the door, running for her car. She just wanted to leave. Her emotions were all over the place and her mind was a trainwreck.
She opened her car door and hopped in, but before she could slam it Chad appeared again, holding the door open.
“Olivia let's talk about this please, we can sort it out”
“I don't want to sort anything out. Just leave me alone” Olivia tried to close the door, but Chad wouldn't burge.
Suddenly he grabbed her elbow, hard, trying to pull her out of the car “You're going to get out of this car and we're going to go inside and talk this out” he squeezed a little harder when she shook her head at him.
Olivia felt fear rise in her chest at the position she was in. She had never seen Chad this angry before, and he had never laid his hand on her.
“If there's anyone you need to talk to it's me. How could play me like this” The girl from earlier grabbed Chad's arm, Pulling him to face her. Her eyes were puffy from crying.
Not waiting to see what was going to happen, she slammed her door shut and locked it. She put her keys into the ignition as Chad banged on her glass before starting up the car and pulling it in reverse, driving as far away from him as she possibly could.
