I didn’t saw Jacob after that. We were outside his house. I was sitting on the swing while Mikhael has his back on the tree trunk. Just right next to the carved letters. We didn’t say anything. I was crying for a long time but I didn’t feel my eyes swelling. I guess it’s another perk of being a ghost. Mikhael decided to break the silence. “Where did you go this time?” he asked. I know he’s been itching to ask the question but he waited for several minutes before he decided to open his mouth. I didn’t look at him. I remained my eyes on the house. “Somewhere really beautiful,” I said and a small smile escaped my lips. It was indeed beautiful. And I forgot to take Mira for taking me there.
