Riley sat in front of the park. Her eyes were shut as she wallowed in the quiet of the evening. Felix tapped her shoulder "Hey again". Riley jumped off her seat "Please, don't scare me like that again". Felix chuckled "I'm sorry". Riley adjusted her dress before seating back down. Just as she sat, Felix handed her a book "You dropped this the other day". Riley brightened up on seeing her sketchbook. She collected it and tucked her hair behind her ear revealing her lovely smile. "Thank you, I've missed it a lot". Felix smiled at her and sat beside her "I figured since you were so happy to see it.. I'm Felix by the way". Riley played through the pages of the book "Riley... Riley Sanders". Felix frowned a little "Your father is Loki Sanders?" Riley looked up at him "Do you know him? " Felix shrugged "He met with my parents once or twice and I heard a lot about him". Riley didn't say anything. She just sighed and lowered her head as she closes the sketchbook. Felix noticed her expression "With the way he's busy, he probably won't come home a lot". Riley nodded "I haven't seen him at all this year". Felix froze "What! A father must fulfil his parental duties before any other thing. If my parents hear this... ". "No, please don't. I'm actually okay with being alone" Riley cut him off. "That's why I applied to Erindele. Staying here is choking". Felix held her hand "Riley, you may think that but you need your parents love more than you know. You miss when you're together and you know it". Riley shook her head "When we're all together, there's always a conflict". She withdrew her hand from his and stood up "I need to leave". As she stood to leave, her stomach growled. Felix chuckled at her flushed expression "Let me treat you to dinner. You know any nice restaurant around here?" Riley nodded and led him to Candy's eatery. When they reached the eatery, Riley's phone rang. She turned to him "Go in, I need to answer this". Felix sighed in relief as she walked away to receive the call. He sensed Riley didn't know about his being a prince and he didn't want her knowing. As he walked in all the customers rose to pay respect. No one had expected the Crown prince to visit a place like that. "It's okay. I came with a friend and I don't want the person to know my status. Just ignore my presence, please". Candy bowed to him with a smile "Will do, Your highness". Everyone continued with their meals but some couldn't help but glance at him and take pictures. Riley walked in a few minutes later, settling beside Felix. The onlookers passed looks of admiration, and some jealousy. Candy smiled when she saw Riley. She ran up to hug her "Rile, I didn't know you were coming in today. Mum and I made cupcakes and I was just thinking of giving them to you". Riley smiled back at her "Well, I'm here now. Let's try it together". Candy nodded, she collected their orders before going in and returning with the food and cupcakes. After the meal, Felix dropped Riley at the mansion and headed home himself. Everyday, he kept sneaking in on her peaceful times and hanging out with her. She was grateful to him for keeping her company. Through the times they went out together, Felix always makes sure to keep his identity away from Riley. Little by little, they became really close that they'd call themselves every morning and send goodnight texts before sleeping. Felix was in his room going through his phone when Tiffany walked in "Big brother, whatchu doing?" Felix helped her into the bed "Nothing, why?" She narrowed her eyes at him. She looked so much like their mother that it sometimes scares him. "You haven't played with us since you came back". Felix sighed "I'll play with you, okay. I'm just currently busy". Tiffany nodded and bounced off the bed "Come for dinner or I'm taking your dessert". He dropped his phone on the bed and followed her down the stairs. Anastasia glanced at her son as the chief maid dropped the last dish "What have you been doing up there son?" Stephen stabbed his salad playfully "You didn't come to play Minecraft with me and Tiff". Felix patted his pocket for his phone, ignoring his mother and brother's questions. Tiffany jumped from her seat and ran up the stairs towards his room "I'll get it". She was back in seconds "Big brother, you have a missed call from Riley. She's really beautiful". Felix turned red at her words. Before he could grab the phone from her, Anastasia grabbed it. "Riley, oh my goodness. She's a GODDESS!" Felix snatches the phone from her "Just let it be and don't try to search on her. She doesn't like it". Anastasia raised an eyebrow "Does she know you're a prince?". Before he could answer, Riley's call came through again. Riley's image filled the screen when he answered the call. "Hey, you haven't slept?" She shook her head "I'm not sleepy and I'm bored. I don't know what to do". Felix chuckled "Okay, fine. You've eaten dinner?". She went silent. "Riley, please don't tell me you skipped dinner again?" He groaned. Riley pouted "I don't know what to eat". He sighed "Make toast and get a glass of warm milk. I'm not eating until you do". Riley saluted "Yes sir". Tiffany and Stephen giggled to themselves. Riley made toast while on the call with Felix. Halfway through the meal, Riley questioned him "Fel, have you been to the royal palace before?". Felix blinked "Why do you ask?" Riley smiled "I wanna visit the place. I haven't been there but I've heard it's a beautiful place. I have to go there at least once since it's beautiful. Amy said the royal family are very elegant too. They own the company my dad works for". Felix smiled "Then I'll take you there one day but I'm not sure it'll be soon". Riley nodded "I'll wait".
