Chapter 2 Avery’s ring fits snug on Jacob’s finger. He loves it. During the day he keeps it in his closet on the top shelf. When they come in his room after classes are over, it’s the first thing he sees when he opens his closet to change. He slips it on and wears it the rest of the night.
