Bright sunshine is a strange thing to wake up to after everything that"s happened. Especially compared to my badly lit room in Jacob"s house. I wait for guilt to set in at the thought of his name, but it doesn"t. I feel nothing for him. I hate that I"ve killed someone, but I don"t think I feel bad about it having been him. Not after all the pain he caused me. I lean back against my headboard and wrap my arms around my legs.
