I was crying in my room when my phone rang, and the second Lisa's voice cut through, every part of me relaxed.
All through the night, I could barely stay sane. Especially after I'd heard a crash while calling Lisa and she didn't say anything.
I felt like I was going to pass out.
But now she was telling me something about almost being shot?
How the hell would I not feel shaken?!
I rushed out of my room and down the stairs to where Richard and Leo were making calls (as they'd been doing all night).
“She called! She called! She's alright!” I was screaming all the way and almost toppled down the stairs, but that was the least of my concern as tears of relief ran down my cheeks.
