Twenty-eight guests carefully move to their seats without stepping on the brocade pattern of white dendrobium orchid flowers gracing the aisle. The four rows of wooden chairs are demarcated with posts hanging glass orbs of tropical plants and flowers. The guests face an altar consisting of a four-post bamboo arch adorned with sheer drapes and radiantly colorful flowers, including pink and red gingers, red heliconias with yellow lines, birds of paradise, and an array of dazzling proteas. Glowing orbs float in the adjacent lily pond.
