🎬 Episode 2: “The Pull Between Us” ❤️ Amara tried to act normal. She laughed with her friends, checked her phone, even danced a little—but her mind wasn’t there. It was outside. With him. Jayden. “Why am I thinking about him this much?” she whispered to herself. It didn’t make sense. They had just met. Just talked. Nothing serious. And yet… it didn’t feel like nothing. She finally gave in. “I’ll just step out for a second,” she told her friend. But deep down… she knew exactly why she was going. The night air greeted her again. Cool. Calm. Her eyes searched— And there he was. Leaning against the wall like he had been waiting. Like he knew she would come back. “You came back,” Jayden said softly. Amara crossed her arms, pretending confidence. “Don’t get too excited. I just needed air again.” He smiled. “Yeah… me too.” This time, the silence between them felt different. Closer. He stepped toward her. Not too much. Just enough. “Can I ask you something?” he said. “Depends,” she replied. “Why do I feel like I’ve known you longer than tonight?” Her breath caught. Because she felt it too. But saying it out loud made it real. “I don’t know…” she said slowly. “Maybe some people just… connect.” Jayden nodded. “Or maybe some people are meant to meet.” They stood there, eyes locked. No distractions. No noise. Just hearts quietly speaking. “Amara,” he said, her name softer this time, “I don’t want this to end tonight.” Her heart started racing. “It doesn’t have to,” she replied before she could stop herself. He smiled, stepping a little closer. “Then don’t disappear on me.” She laughed nervously. “I’m not the one who vanished earlier.” “Fair point,” he said. “Let me fix that.” He pulled out his phone. “Give me your number.” Amara hesitated. Not because she didn’t want to… But because something about this felt important. Like this small decision could change everything. “Are you always this direct?” she asked. “Only when something feels right.” “And this feels right?” Jayden looked straight into her eyes. “More than you think.” Her heart melted. Slowly, she took his phone… and typed her number. “There,” she said, handing it back. “Now you can’t disappear either.” He saved it… then looked at her again. “Trust me… I won’t.” Just then, her friend called from inside. “AMARA! We’re leaving!” She sighed. “That’s my cue.” Jayden nodded, but his eyes didn’t leave hers. “Text me when you get home.” She raised an eyebrow. “You’re already giving instructions?” He smirked. “I care already. It’s a problem.” She smiled… and for the first time in a long time— It felt real. As she walked away, she didn’t look back immediately. But just before entering— She turned. Jayden was still there. Watching her. Smiling. Her heart whispered something she wasn’t ready to admit yet: This is different. That night, lying in bed, her phone buzzed. Unknown number. She opened it. Jayden: “I hope you got home safe… I’m already missing you.” ❤️ Amara stared at the message. Her heart racing. A soft smile on her lips. Then she typed… Paused… Deleted… Typed again… Because this— This was no longer just a moment. It was becoming a story. To be continued… ❤️
