Chapter 4 It’s Saturday morning, and I haven’t been able to get back to sleep since six. I slept terribly last night; I fell asleep fully clothed and with a million doubts whirling around in my head. But now things seem better: I went out really early for a nice long rejuvenating walk and to breathe in the crisp morning air. Then I treated myself to a hearty breakfast in a healthy spot where I got a fantastic energising smoothie and a muffin without butter, eggs or sugar. I don’t know what it was made of, but it was yummy. I listened to my favourite music the whole time and I suddenly felt invigorated, like I’d had a chat with a friend.
