The car stopped at the hospital. Despite the late hour, the hospital was still bustling with activity. For the first time, Anastasia Hansom used her privilege to take Steward Hansom directly to the pediatric clinic.
Tonight, it just so happened that Dr. Zhao was on duty. When he saw Anastasia Hansom carrying the child in, his gaze lingered on Angelo Hansom for a long while. The second time seeing Angelo Hansom, Dr. Zhao felt even more that he resembled an old acquaintance, and he couldn't help but want to keep looking at him.
"Dr. Zhao, please take a look at the child's wound," Anastasia Hansom reminded softly. She didn't think much of it, assuming Dr. Zhao was simply tired after a long day of work and had momentarily zoned out.
