Originally, Anastasia Hansom had placed all her hopes on Dr. Zhao and tried to gauge his stance.
Now, Eugene Harper also had the test results of both individuals, and their bone marrow was not a match, which meant that the donation could not proceed. This Dr. Zhao wasn't even qualified to be his father.
However, Eugene Harper was not so pessimistic. He reminded her, "You know that some traits can skip generations. Perhaps Old Master Zhao's bone marrow might match Angelo’s. We cannot miss any opportunity."
