Eugene Harper, while abroad, was both worried and missing Anastasia Hansom. Unfortunately, he was swamped with work; otherwise, he would have returned to be by her side much earlier.
"Yuanyuan has been very attentive at the hospital and has become more considerate towards me. Siyan, everything is improving."
"That's great news. Also, I had Assistant pick out a house for us. It's in a good location and very secure. When I return, I'll take you to see it."
Anastasia Hansom was grateful but immediately declined his offer.
"Siyan, I really appreciate what you've done for me, but I have my own arrangements for their living situation. I have some savings, so you don't need to worry about me."
